Charity Candles Review and Giveaway

7/19/2016

Today, I'm reviewing another candle company. This one is Charity Candles, and they actually reached out to me. I am so glad that they did! These are some of the best quality jewelry candles that I've tried yet. The scent is amazing, the wax melts perfectly and leaves no residue, and the jewelry... well, you'll see in the reveal, but I think these are the prettiest rings I've gotten so far.

The two scents that I tried were Hansel & Gretel and Ginger Peach. They arrived wrapped really well! I was very impressed with how they were so carefully packaged in the box. Of these two, Ginger Peach was my favorite. I could've grabbed a spoon and taken a bite, it smelled that juicy and delicious. In many ways, it reminded me of the peach lotion Bath & Body Works discontinued years ago, which had been my favorite. It is an amazing scent, and I can't recommend it enough.

Hansel & Gretel has a sweet gingerbread scent. Overall, I found this candle to have a more subtle scent throw than the Ginger Peach, but it still was very nice.

Some of the things I look for in my candles (besides the smell, of course) is that they completely liquefy when they burn and don't leave a residue in the jar. These surpassed that test! They burned really clean, really slow, and honestly, I 'm still enjoying them. You will get a lot of hours out of these candles!

Now, let's get to what you're REALLY interested in... the jewelry! Both candles contained gorgeous sterling silver (stamped 925) rings, but the Ginger Peach had a ruby ring that was just perfect for me, as I discovered it just  two days before my July 1 birthday!

Each ring comes with a description and an estimated value. The ruby ring was valued at $220! This is the highest value ring I have found in a candle yet, and I know I will wear it all the time.
